Pet care

Late January walk

Barbara and Janet’s walk took them through woodland around Rogate, including Rondle Wood where it was very muddy, and they lost their way several times. About four miles but only really three miles.

Probably  a type of bracket fungus called turkeytail, which is used in Chinese medicine.

Supposedly can be used as an anti-cancer drug. Packed with antioxidants it may strengthen

your immune system health if eaten. However it's  as tough as old boots.
