Who's hiding in the sunflowers?

The tree is on the Woolbeding Countryside Estate just off the footpath which starts on the A272 west of the Half Moon Pub.
Hiding in the bird lookout on the Isle of Wight during our day trip in 2017.

Here are a couple of clues from 5th June 2017 for some of you.

Selworthy 5th June 2017 - very wet day but what a marvellous welcome by the Millers at the Anchor Hotel in Porlock Weir.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN GUILTY OF LOOKING AT OTHERS YOUR OWN AGE AND THINKING, SURELY I CAN'T LOOK THAT OLD?
MY NAME IS ALICE SMITH AND I WAS SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH A NEW DENTIST.
I NOTICED HIS DENTAL DIPLOMA, WHICH BORE HIS FULL NAME. SUDDENLY, I REMEMBERED A TALL, HANDSOME, DARK HAIRED BOY WITH THE SAME NAME HAD BEEN IN MY SECONDARY SCHOOL CLASS SOME 30-ODD YEARS AGO.
COULD HE BE THE SAME GUY THAT I HAD A SECRET CRUSH ON, WAY BACK THEN? UPON SEEING HIM, HOWEVER, I WASN'T TOO SURE.
I BEGAN TO FEAR THIS BALDING, GREY HAIRED MAN WITH THE DEEPLY LINED FACE WAS FAR TOO OLD TO HAVE BEEN MY CLASSMATE.
AFTER HE EXAMINED MY TEETH, I ASKED HIM IF HE HAD ATTENDED MORGAN PARK SECONDARY SCHOOL .
'YES, YES I DID. I'M A MORGANNER!' HE BEAMED WITH PRIDE. 'WHEN DID YOU LEAVE TO GO TO COLLEGE?' I ASKED
HE ANSWERED, IN 1965. WHY DO YOU ASK? 'YOU WERE IN MY CLASS!' I EXCLAIMED WITH JOY. HE LOOKED AT ME CLOSELY. THEN THE UGLY, OLD, BALD, WRINKLED, FAT-A**ED, GREY-HAIRED, DECREPIT BXXXXXXXX ASKED..... 'WHAT DID YOU TEACH?'

This is a rare cotton wool cloud tree. Now past it's best but any idea where it is?

I think we know who they are, but where are they? Maybe off-shore?

The person looking a bit sheepish was of course Maddie.

The girls were in Petworth on a cold winters day. A wiser head
than mine advises me they're in Lombard Street.
