Jane and Tim took a stroll up to Steep Marsh, with some early plants peeping out of the ground. Earlier rain made everywhere quite wet, but as most of the walk was on side roads, our feet remained reasonably dry. About 4.3/4 miles.

Barbara and Janet’s walk took them through woodland around Rogate, including Rondle Wood where it was very muddy, and they lost their way several times. About four miles but only really three miles.

Supposedly can be used as an anti-cancer drug. Packed with antioxidants it may strengthen
your immune system health if eaten. However it's as tough as old boots.
Or is it?!
Remember the snow - there today, gone tomorrow.
