To ask where is this dragon's exact position would be asking too much, but why has it got so eroded?

The House with the rainbow on it is the Railway Terrace in Bepton Road, Midhurst.

The second rainbow photo is more difficult - it was taken some years ago and it's Maddie, covering up from the elements.
